After more than 20 years’ experience in three sectors of the health-care industry (diagnostics, pharmaceuticals and medical devices) leading German and English-speaking sales and marketing organisations at regional and single-country business unit level, Walter became a trainer and coach in 2007.
Walter has considerable experience in finance, field and customer service, R&D, product development and general management working for an Austrian bank as well as for Bayer, Abbott Laboratories and Guidant. As a trainer and business coach he has helped several hundred salespeople and sales managers to achieve lasting results by developing stronger and more authentic communication skills by focusing on the key drivers of selling and sales management. He has worked with companies such as Abbott, AstraZeneca, Novartis, Roche, Sandoz, Thermo Fisher, Lenovo, Autodesk, CMC Markets, Axalta and Zimmer-Biomet .
