The HYSU programme was developed following the observation that pharma salespeople with longstanding relationships with their customers that have fallen into stagnant patterns and need to reboot (or at least refine) the ’typical’ call on that doctor.

The 1-day programme, which brings great value to salespeople with all levels of tenure and experience, explores the issues of authority (who the doctor believes) and authenticity (how we can bring personal energy into the call) via personal stories and mindfulness techniques.  The programme takes a strong focus on getting the right business-focused agenda explicitly into the discussion at the outset.
